Gareth is a Clinical Scientist and is the Scientific Director of the South East Genomic Laboratory Hub (SEGLH) / Synnovis Genomics (England, UK). He has a background in translational research, education, and the implementation of genomic technology within the clinical, academic, and private sectors. Gareth led a strategic review of solid tumour testing overseeing a comparison of their extant TSO500 assay with OncoDEEP, which led to his laboratory adopting OncoDEEP in 2023 as its comprehensive genomic assay for solid tumour tissue testing.
