AS a Clinical Scientist working for Synnovis and based at Guy’s hospital in London, I have been closely working with the OncoDEEP test for the last 3-4 years. Initially as a trainee Clinical Scientist I performed validation of OncoDEEP for HRD testing as an MSc project and internally needed development. Following this I was heavily involved in its validation as our large DNA panel test, its implementation as a service and its ongoing workflow management. Since then I am involved in many optimisation projects and the recent validation of use of the Hamilton for an automated workflow.
