I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Medical Genetics and Laboratory Diagnostics from the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University, where I am currently a PhD candidate in Biochemistry. Since 2019, I have worked as a research specialist at the Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC), focusing on precision medicine across several paediatric indications (oncology, rare and ultra-rare diseases, vascular anomalies). Since 2021, I have held the same position concurrently at University Hospital Brno, where my work focuses on evaluating emerging technologies with potential clinical applicability. I also serve as an executive board member and specialist in laboratory methods. In the field of liquid biopsy I am also a member of the Liquid Biopsy Working Group within the SIOP Europe Brain Tumour Group.
