Please let us know if you plan to join this ‘on foot’ short tour of the City of Arts and Sciences. The tour will leave the Hotel Barcelo and finish at the restaurant where the complementary dinner and customer awards will be held

Please ensure you have completed your consent/opt out form before User Group starts. We require your consent for us to take images, moving footage, audio, comments and other personal data to then be stored and used for the purpose of marketing and communications.

During the OncoDEEP Kit International User Group Meeting, photos and videos may be captured for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, including but not limited to publications on the OncoDNA website, social media channels, and in printed materials.
By signing this consent form, you authorize OncoDNA to:
• Capture images and videos that may feature you.
• Use, reproduce, and publish those images or videos in any media, including digital and print.
• Share these images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes related to OncoDNA’s activities.
Data Protection
Your personal data (including your image) will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Images and videos will be used solely for purposes related to OncoDNA, and you retain the right to request the removal of any media in which you appear from future use.
